Shore piling work started
Shore piling for Eastern Bay started at the site in September. The work covers 88 piles (44 RCC and 44 PCC) with a design depth of 12 m below ground level, and concrete cube tests are carried out at an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Bhoomipujan, the groundbreaking ceremony
We marked the groundbreaking of Eastern Bay with a Bhoomipujan ceremony at Chaitravan CHS Ltd, Bldg. No. 155, Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli (E).
The ceremony included a ceremonial first dig and pooja rituals at the site.
